7 Day Free Return Policy Shop One accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Return policy summary Return window: 7 days from delivery. Return cost: Free for eligible approved returns. Return method: In store return at the Shop One office/return point after support approval. Exchanges: Accepted for eligible products. Refund processing time: Within 7 days after the returned item is received and verified. What qualifies for a return You received a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete product. The product is unused or only checked for fit and remains in new and saleable condition. The original box, accessories, manuals, tags, invoice, and free items are kept with the product. How to request a return Contact Shop One support within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number, phone number, product issue, and clear photos or video when needed. After approval, return the product in store at our office/return point: 35, Lake Circus Road, Kalabagan, Dhanmondi, Dhaka 1205. Items that may not be eligible Used, damaged, or altered items after delivery. Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories. Personal care, hygiene-sensitive, or customized products if opened or used, unless defective. Digital products or clearance items where a product page specifically states non-returnable conditions. Important notes Please do not return a product without prior approval from Shop One support. Cash on delivery orders do not require advance payment for standard eligible purchases.
